  1. Registration Setup – 2:15 on March 5th at Armory – Dave.

 

  1. Menominee Concerns about Softball Minor from new softball coordinator – Eric Burmeister – Dave.

 

  1. Concession Warming Oven (Pizza)/Closers how do we get them?who setup what they do? Etc. – Board/Amy M.

 

  1. Talk about breakoff meetings, what do we want to accomplish? – Board.

**Please attend as we will be introducing the MYBI Board of Directors at the general meeting with all of the coaches.  When your name is called & title is introduced please stand so people can put a face with a name.

 

**General meeting to follow the board meeting – I will run the general meeting before we breakoff – Dave Klegin will run baseball and Debbie Etling will run softball – other league presidents need to be prepared along with people running the meetings. Please have an agenda ready to follow for yourself – talk to each other this week. 

 

 

**League Presidents you need to have at least 1 rep from every team at the general meeting.  Besides all of the info being given out, we will be handing out rosters from last year for people to call players.

  1. Manager/Coaches Position – Dave.
    1. Everything is tentative until the registration numbers are in.
    2. League Presidents will come with recommendations to board.
    3. All-Star coaches must notify League Presidents Tonight – Select March 28.
    4. Sunday, March 28th – Results of registration, number of teams will be announced.

 

  1. Tryout Information – Dave.

 

  1. 2010 Calendar – Dave.

 

  1. 2010 Local Rules & Changes approved by board – Dave.

**Softball will meet in front room.  Baseball will stay in this room.

**Next meeting is Sunday, March 28, 7:00 at the Armory.  Announcement of teams, managers/coaches positions.  At least 1 rep from each team must attend all meetings throughout the year.
